Wayne H. Perry graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor of science degree in Architectural Design. He founded Cornerstone in 1986 and since then Cornerstone has been a key Architecture and Engineering support firm on several major successful municipal capital programs. Often times architects and engineering teams and IT and systems design teams do not coordinate critical elements of a project in the initial planning phase, which if not well coordinated will impact the overall project quality, schedule and cost.┬Cornerstone was established to solve the challenges of designing projects involving complex, intelligent/smart building systems and infrastructure to address these challenges. Cornerstone staff of architects, engineers and IT and systems design professionals work closely┬to make sure that all critical elements of a project are coordinated.

It has provided professional expertise and guidance for a variety of capital improvement projects; including airports/airlines, transit and roadways, utilities, water/wastewater, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer and other public infrastructure buildings/facilities. Cornerstone serves┬clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Denver, Washington D.C., Atlanta and New York with projects including the San Francisco International Airport Master Plan, the S.F. Municipal Railway and United Airlines at over seventy airports throughout the United States.
