United Airlines Open Systems Project
- Managed the upgrade of their entire LAN
systems, workstations, ticketing, computer,
printer and maintenance information infrastructure
located in Boston, John F. Kennedy, La Guardia,
Newark, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, St. Paul,
Portland and Miami airports.
Helpdesk Support
Providing helpdesk support to 6000 users,
at 120 sites throughout the State of California.
Providing second level support for their
applications, systems and networking.
Logistics Helpdesk Support
Providing helpdesk support to 500 users,
at 120 sites throughout the State of California,
for the National Guard Combat Service Support
Automation Management Office (CSSAMO) systems.
Providing second level support for their
applications, systems and networking.
Network Engineer
Performing network monitoring, engineering
and support for the California National
Guard network. Providing SMS server and
application support.
Technical Writer
Provided technical writing expertise to
the telecommunication department. Updating
documentation for their legacy systems,
in preparation of their move to a Voice
over IP solution.
Bill Consolidation
Consolidated over 1000 telephone bills into
5 bills. Providing the Guard with a better
understanding and better tracking of charges.
Worked with SBC and MCI, through the CIIN
contract agents to accomplish this tremendous
cost saving project. This has enabled the
Guard to better understand and track telephone
charges and cut unnecessary expenditures.
Distance Learning
Maintain and operate California National
Guard Distance Learning Classrooms on both
a local and regional basis. Ensure that
all classrooms are operational when needed
and instruct classroom users on the operation
of classroom equipment.
Family Readiness/ Family Assistance
Coordinators
Family Assistance Center (FAC) Contractors
and Coordinators assisting the California
State Family Readiness office in caring
for military families of deployed troops.
Each FAC acts as a call center for military
families for a large scope of issues.
NGB Training Curriculum Web Coordinator
Maintains, updates, and coordinates all
available training curriculum located throughout
the National Guard Bureau, Army Reserves,
and Dept of Army TRADOC command. All information
will be housed on one website for all Army
services to access.
Family Readiness/ Family Assistance
Coordinators
Family Assistance Center Coordinator assisting
the Washington DC Family Readiness office
in caring for military families of deployed
troops. Each FAC acts as a call center for
military families for a large scope of issues.

at 102 sites throughout the State of Texas.

Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC),
Presidio of Monterey, CA -Delivering
and integrating equipment for 179 TEC-2
multimedia classrooms at DLIFLC. TEC-2 classrooms
include computer, LCD projector, printer,
desk, VCR, SmartBoard and associated cabling
and power required to operate the equipment
and connect to the CAN/LAN and cable television
networks.

Systems (AIS) Division's Naval Aviation
Logistics Command Management Information
Systems (NALCOMIS), the Shipboard Uniform
Automated Data Processing System (SUADPS)/NTCSS-II,
