COMMUNITY COMMITMENT

The CEO of Cornerstone Concilium, the parent company of Cornerstone Consulting and Technology, is Wayne H. Perry. Mr. Perry owns ninety percent of the outstanding shares in the corporation and is devoted to supporting the economic and social vitality of the community, especially as it pertains to the continuing development and education of youth, especially those who are economically or social amenity challenged.

In 1986, Mr. Perry established the Cornerstone Foundation for Educational Advancement (CFEA) as an educational and scholarship program for minority youth. The CFEA’s purpose is to expose teenagers to the career fields of architecture, construction, engineering, city and urban planning, and real estate development. This program provides annual scholarships (free instruction and supplies) to youth who sincerely want to illuminate their talents in these five disciplines. Throughout a series of twelve workshops, students are challenged with informative lectures, problem-solving exercises, field trips, and a group project. Industry experts demonstrate practical applications of these skills in their guest lectures. In this program, students are regarded as future professionals, CFEA alumni are invited to continue their pursuits in our independent study program.
