Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. is a privately held professional consulting firm formed in 1986 to provide engineering and management consulting services within the facilities, transportation and, most recently, the technology industries. Responding to the increasingly complex and rapidly changing nature of the business environment, we have established a single source organization to provide flexible and responsive services specifically suited to individual client needs for both privately and publicly funded projects.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Cornerstone’s quality assurance and quality control program is an integral part of our service delivery. It begins and ends with our vision, mission and values which are incorporated in every aspect of our business. Our principles (why we exist) are integrity, excellence, innovation, wholeness and service. Our service delivery process is continuously reviewed on a monthly basis by our entire staff. Every Cornerstone employee and sub-consultant is expected to submit suggestions that will continually improve our service delivery to our clients. This requirement is a part of the evaluation process for employees, sub-consultants and vendors. Clients are encouraged to provide continuous feedback using mutually developed performance evaluation metrics. Client feedback is incorporated into Cornerstone’s Business practices and service delivery process on a real-time basis.

Certifications
Cornerstone is a certified MBE, 8 (a) firm. We also have certification status with local and national public sector agencies including the City and County of San Francisco, The Regional Transit Coordinating Council (RTCC), The Port of New York and New Jersey and California State OSMB.
