Project Manager / Director

Education Requirements:

Masters degree, or Bachelor?s degree in a related field and equivalent professional experience. Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

10 years of intensive and progressive experience in managing engineering programs, which includes 5 years experience supervising and managing personnel. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall management of the contract. Organizes, directs, andcoordinates planning and production of all contract support activities. Responsible for theperformance of all contract activities and task order requirements. Meets with appropriateGovernment management personnel, other contractor managers, and client agencyrepresentatives. Formulates and reviews strategic plans, marketing plans, subcontracting, anddeliverable items, determines contract costs, and ensures conformity with contract terms andconditions.
